For the purposes of this refund and return policy, the terms “items” and “products” shall refer to the products offered by Reluxe Essentials on this website. These policies shall not apply to orders made and done to the resellers and distributors, nor shall these policies be applied to orders placed outside from Reluxe Essentials’ authorized Facebook Pages and of this site.

Any order placed through any platform or social media accounts which was listed above shall have no force and be considered as invalid. Any damages arising from the order placed in any unauthorized Reluxe Essentials social media account shall not be answered by Reluxe Essentials
The customer may cancel a valid order within 24 hours after the order is placed to the website of the company or on the system of Reluxe Essentials after such has been processed through the authorized Facebook Pages of the company. After this time frame and no changes or cancellation has been communicated, the order shall be considered final and unchangeable.
After the order has been passed to the possession of the company’s courier partner, the order shall not be anymore susceptible for cancellation. This is irrespective of the payment status and method of the order.

Refund and Return

Any request for refund of purchased product, irrespective of the volume and quantity, should be sent and communicated to Reluxe Essentials Customer Support Team within 24-48 hours after the products were received and delivered.

Should the refund request be sent 48 hours after the delivery is made, it must be presumed that he accepted the defect, damage or error on the product and that he/she has fully accepted it or has waived any opportunity to report. In this case, his/her refund request should not be considered.

Video Video - No Return Rule. Upon sending the request for refund, the customer must include video documentations, part of his proof, to show that the reason for his request is valid and authentic. Failure to provide this documentation in the request and upon request of the customer support team will forfeit the request of the customer for refund.

The refund of the entire or part of the purchase amount and of the shipping cost shall only be granted on any of the following ground;

When the items have arrived with damages.
If the products which arrived are not the products placed and ordered by the customer.
When there is a defect on the actual product such as but not limited to hardened Power-C capsules, empty sachet of Power Probiotics and ripped Reluxe Orthopedic Pillow.

The customer support team of Reluxe Essentials is entitled for the 24 hours verification process to authenticate the ground or possible reason of refund.

Within the provided time for verification, the customer should cooperate and provide necessary information and proof to the attending member of the customer support team. Any failure of the customer to provide the requested documentation will forfeit his/her right to claim refund.

When, after verification, the request is proven authentic and worthy of refund, the customer may be allowed to choose either a full refund, or a repurchase of the Reluxe Essentials product, or partly refund and partly product repurchase. On his/her choice; the following policies shall govern;

For Damaged/Defective Items

Foremost, the customer must show, by sending proof and documentation, that the damage or defects on the products are free from his intervention and manipulation.
If the reason for the refund is damaged Reluxe Orthopedic Pillow and the customer chose a full refund, then he/she should send back the product first and pay for the initial delivery fee.
When the subject-product of the refund request is not Reluxe Orthopedic Pillow, then only proof of damaged or defective product shall be needed before the refund will be issued. The customer doesn't need to ship back the product but the proof must include a video taken on the products.
After sending the damaged Reluxe Orthopedic Pillow back to the courier company who shall deliver the items back to Reluxe Essentials, the customer must send any proof or documentation before the customer support team will refund the purchase price of the damaged product and the shipping costs.
Only those damaged products will be refunded even if the customer sent back those products that are in quality condition.

For Wrongly Sent Items

If the ground mentioned in the refund request was “the wrong item ground”, the customer must show any proof of the product that should've been delivered to him/her. Also, he/she must have proof of the product that he received, this proof must include a video taken on the items received.
If proven true that the items received are wrong items, then the customer must ship the wrong items back first to Reluxe Essentials and send proof to the Customer Support Team before the request will be processed.
If the customer orders multiple items and only part of the order are wrong items, then only those wrong items will be refunded even if the customer shipped back those correctly sent products.
After sending back the wrong items, the customer support team of Reluxe Essentials shall refund the purchase price and the shipping costs.

For the refund of products that arrived with damage or defects and for those wrongly sent, the customer shall always have the option of full refund.

But if agreed or so requested, he/she may use the amount to be refunded to purchase new or other products or ask to have a replacement of the damaged, defective or wrong items sent. Further, he may also use the same amount for his future orders. He’she may choose any of these options or merge these provided that the chosen resolution will not involve an amount higher than that to be refunded. If the customer chose any of these options, he/she will no longer be entitled to receive any refund.

If the customer showed negligent silence after seven days from the date that he\she was informed that he is entitled to a refund or of those options discussed in rule no. 11, his\her right will be forfeited perpetually.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Delivery Time.

The standard shipping delivery time of Reluxe Essentials is 2-4 days from the time that the order was placed to the system of the company.
This delivery time frame is subject to changes caused by any reason beyond the control of Reluxe Essentials such as, but not limited to, natural calamities and other unfortuitous events.
The liabilities on any damages arriving out from the extension or shortening of this standard delivery time shall not be answered by Reluxe Essentials.

Shipping Cost.

The minimum delivery cost for all orders, either retail or special order for resellers and distributors, shall be Php 50.00.
Shipping fee for any order may be raised beyond this amount after considering the number of products consisting the order and the delivery address.

Shipping Address.

All shipping addresses of all orders shall be within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. The company does not ship any products to countries outside the said country.
The customer shall be responsible for any delay or damages arising from any mistakes on the shipping address he’she has provided.
